Expecting A Miracle from God?

As a pregnant woman expects the birth of her child ;Or a child eagerly awaits the expectant day of their birthday, or a farmer is expecting his first harvest for the year. All have one thing in Common, they are expecting something Great! This is the story that takes place in the book of Acts chapter 3, here we see Peter and John walking towards the gate called Beautiful to attend daily prayers. As Peter and John walk pass the gate they see a cripple beggar who is sitting and begging for money. As they came across this man`s path, John and Peter stop and ask him to look upon them. The crippled man locks his gaze upon Peter and John, he was expecting to receive a gift. But this day would not be the same for this beggar, he did not know that this would be the day he would no longer have to sit and beg for money. No longer had to be ashamed ! Peter then under the anointing and power of God gives the cripple the greatest Gift that Jesus himself left for all who would dare to believe . Peter than said “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” The Cripple man immediately receives strength in his legs and raises up and walks. He is no longer crippled, but totally heal as he received an expectant gift. As Christians we need to go to God expecting a miracle and a break through in faith ! The bible in Hebrews 11:1NKJV, that faith is the evidence of things HOPE FOR (expected) and the evidence of thing not seen.
When you have faith you are expecting God to move in your situation, even when you can’t see it. You’re expecting God to move in faith for he is faithful to his word. You need healing in your body expected God to bring his word forth that he heals all disease! You have a need; expect God to meet your need, for his word tells us he supplies all your needs!! When you pray expected God to answer for 1 john 5:14 NKJV, tells us that he hears our prayers. When you get on your knees in prayers tonight expect to hear from God in Faith.
